Studio Policies

Weekly lessons — Enrollment reserves a weekly lesson time. The studio calendar follows the school year, with breaks announced at the start of each semester. Tuition — Tuition is a flat monthly amount, due on the first of the month. It stays the same in four- and five-lesson months, and includes studio recitals, masterclasses, NATS registration support, and piano accompaniment by your teacher for recitals, juries, and NATS. Your first month is prorated to your start date. Tuition holds your weekly time; unattended lessons are not refunded. Cancellations & make-ups — With at least 24 hours’ notice, a missed lesson converts to a make-up credit. Make-ups are scheduled in designated make-up windows through the private booking link in your welcome email, and credits are used within the semester. Lessons missed without notice are not made up. If your teacher must cancel, the lesson is always made up or credited. Illness — Please don’t sing sick. With same-day notice for illness, make-ups are offered at the teacher’s discretion. Withdrawal — A month’s written notice ends enrollment. Tuition already paid for the final month is not refunded once that month begins.
